By accessing or using TheStats.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TheStats.ai is a sports league management platform that enables community centers, leagues, and organizations to track statistics, manage teams and players, keep score during games, and share results with their community. The Service includes features such as live scorekeeping, game livestreaming via YouTube integration, push notifications, and public league pages.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (team names, player data, statistics, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service. If you enable public access to your league, your league data (team names, player names, scores, statistics) will be publicly visible.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including YouTube (for livestreaming) and Google Cloud (for image processing). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
7. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services to enable game livestreaming. By connecting your YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your Account Settings or via Google Security Settings.
8. Availability & Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or statistics.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
